Frequently Asked Questions 

Menu & Dining Style 

Our dishes are seasonally driven and are strongly inspired by Chef Tory's Korean-American heritage using his french culinary training. 

While dining at Graze we hope you do just that, Graze. Our small plates are  enjoyable for small and large parties and we offer main plates that can be enjoyed individually or shared. 

Plates arrive at tables as they are ready and in no particular order. 

Dietary preferences and/or restrictions will be accommodated to the best of our ability without compromising the integrity of our dishes. 

Reservations 

Reservations are strongly encouraged for all party sizes. Parties larger than 7 guests are considered large parties and must be booked via Email. We accept reservations up to two months in advance. 

We ask that all parties making reservations are mindful to their allotted reservation time in both arrival and departure, as well as the amount of guests joining us at Graze - we do our best to make accommodations as needed. 

Reservations for special service day's such as New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Easter Sunday, Black Friday, Fourth of July etc. may require additional deposits prior to booking. Please check our reservation platform to see if we are open or closed for special service days. 

Reservations for UW Madison Graduation weekend are available beginning March 1st. Reservations will be available directly through our online system for parties of 6 or less. 

Parking & Location

Our building is located directly facing the state capitol building and has it's own private entrance adjacent to the US Bank building entrance. 

Parking can be found on the capital square which is free and open to the public after 5PM. Additional parking can be found at various parking garages around the downtown area within close proximity. 

Bar & Patio Seating 

Our bar is available on a first come and first serve basis. Children under the age of 21 are welcome to dine but you must be 21+ to order alcoholic beverages regardless of parental supervision.

Patio seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations cannot be made for outdoor seating but we do our best to accommodate those guests interested in dining outdoors (additional wait times might apply). 

Private Events 

At this time, Graze is not accepting buy-out requests or hosting private dinners. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made:
At least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee for special service days, such as Graduation, New Year's Eve, etc. 
At least 2 hours in advance to avoid a $15 per person cancellation fee for regular dinner services.
At least 24 hours in advance for large parties during morning services to receive a refund of your deposit. This includes any changes in party size.

Hours of Operations

We reserve the right to close the restaurant up to 30 minutes prior to the hours listed on our website and other platforms. While we make every effort to adhere to our posted hours of operation, unforeseen circumstances or low customer traffic may necessitate an early closure.

Market Stand & Take Out

Graze market stand is not currently up and running. We will however have magic coffee available for to-go inside at our bar area Tuesday - Sunday during regular services. 

At this time, Graze is offering take out for only lunch services. Please give the restaurant a call  or click "Lunch To-Go" to order online. 

Whole Basque Cake 

Whole Basque cake can be purchased via Email. We require 72 hours notice for all orders and they are made available to pick up at either 2PM or 5PM Tuesday - Saturday.  Cakes begin at $75 without compote and whipped cream or $80 with compote and whipped cream. Whole basque cakes serve 10 - 12 people.
