Join us for the first in our Producer Dinner Series as we welcome Hook's Cheese Company on Sunday, March 10th!

The Hooks have been crafting artisan cheese for almost 50 years, and have earned many titles; including numerous Grand Champion awards at the county, state, American Cheese Society, and World Championship levels.

10-year cheddar biscuit, ham, butter, jam

first course
Truffle Cheddar risotto, apples, pea vines, olive oil, lemon zest

Peterson sirloin, Blue Paradise compound butter, sweet potatoes with Blue Paradise maple and chili flakes, roasted broccoli with onion confit and oyster mushrooms, balsamic glaze

Extra Innings ice cream, chocolate cake, cherries
